The change must come from within…
Have you ever noticed that the folks around you who take steps to improve their lives are changing things within themselves first?
Think about it, in order for any change to be effective and long lasting it has to come first from within us.
It’s a spiritual principle that when we first change our thinking and support it with a change in our actions that our behaviors and habits follow.
Wishing, wanting, and talking about change doesn’t work unless we supply our own thoughts, efforts, and actions…
